Little Beauty Haul
What is your go-to makeup/beauty routine? Do you like more of a full-on makeup look, or do you prefer something more natural? Many people who wear makeup have stated that the pandemic and subsequent quarantines/lockdowns have made them reconsider makeup altogether.
I have relished in any moment where I can play with makeup the last year or so, but I do like to have a go-to look that’s ready in 20 minutes. A tried and true natural yet glossy look is my ol’ reliable. Do you have a staple look? Perhaps used for work when you know, we all went to work? Who else is a sucker for good packaging?
Can we take a moment to appreciate the aesthetics of the Glossier packaging? I love that you can receive all of the frills of packaging or not. Glossier gives you a choice at check out! I usually don’t get all of the packagings, but I wanted to show you the details. The pink bubble wrap bag is easily repurposed as a makeup pouch or pencil case. So cute and sustainable too!
My can’t live without products!
Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint in G9 is my go-to skin “foundation,” Glossier’s skin tint feels like a serum on the skin and enhances one’s natural glow while naturally blurring any imperfections.
Glossier Cloud Paint in Spark is divine. The gel-cream blendable and buildable blush is versatile and used on cheeks, nose, eyes, and even lips. I enjoy this shade in particular as it warms up the skin and gives a lovestruck glow.
Glossier Lash Slick Mascara is incredible. The teeth of the mascara wand grab every lash and lift them. The instructions on the packaging state to pull up; when you follow the instructions, you get maximum results. Did you know Michelle Obama wears this mascara?! This mascara always lasts me four months, lots of longevity with this product, and doesn’t look cakey on false lashes either!
Glossier Boy Brow in Brown is the easiest way to achieve fluffy brows at home. If you’ve been on my Instagram, you’ve probably seen my reel on Seela’s Eyebrows in Anaheim, California. I love a fluffy brow and often get mine laminated. I treat my brows with Olaplex No 7 oil in between. The Glossier Boy Brow adds enough dimension where my brows look entirely done without executing multiple steps. This brow mascara is perfect for anyone on the go, too.
