Favourite Thrifting Spots in SoCal 2019

Here’s the low down on the thrift/vintage spots that I have currently been frequenting… this is a question that I get asked a ton, so I wanted to share them with you. Sharing is caring, right?

Most of the #thriftedthis items on my Instagram, including my baby blue vintage Levi’s trouser pants from the seventies, sixties era white shirt dress, and fifties minauderie were discovered at a couple of the places mentioned. Whether you’re looking for new pieces for yourself, or are a costume designer building a wardrobe for a character; I guarantee you that you will find what you are looking for at these stellar businesses!

5. American Vintage

Westwood, Los Angeles, California

6. Lemon Frog

7. Savers

Pro tip: The more time you spend at mass thrift retailers such as Goodwill or Salvation Army, the more likely you are to find DESIGNER / LUXURY vintage. These establishments receive mass donations, they do not have white gloved experts whose primary objective is to discover these hidden gems before they reach the sales floor. Test out these places in your neighbourhood, visit ones off of the beaten path! You never know what may find its way to you!

As a disclaimer: I have visited each of these places, these are my personal opinions. This is not an ad, nor is it a compensated post.
